Balancing Tea Tree NA+AHA Toner

A gentle, refreshing toner that removes excess oil, reduces shine, refines pores, and removes impurities that may still be lingering after cleansing. 2% Alpha Hydroxy Acid complex provides mild exfoliating properties to increase cell turnover and reduce congestion, while Tea Trea and Witch Hazel provide excellent astringency with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity to help reduce infection. Niacinamide helps regulate sebum production to reduce oiliness and shine.
